Joshua Davies

Joshua Davies brings over 14 years of leadership, driving operations, sales, and strategic growth for innovative mobile and modular business solutions. Starting in creative design, he quickly advanced into executive roles where he led multimillion-dollar sales initiatives, overhauled operational systems, and strengthened vendor and client partnerships.
In his C-level tenure, Joshua oversaw the design, fabrication, and deployment of hundreds of custom mobile units for top brands, including Tesla, Walmart, the Kansas City Chiefs, Raising Canes, Whataburger, and Gordon Ramsay, as well as universities, sports teams, and government agencies. His leadership consistently delivered millions in revenue while improving efficiency, employee engagement, and overall profitability.
Known for a hands-on approach and a focus on scalable, high-performing teams, Joshua is committed to building businesses that deliver quality, innovation, and enduring client relationships.

James Flatman

Notion Fabrication
Originally from the U.K., James Flatman moved to the U.S. in 2003 to master the art of fabrication. With over 20 years of fabrication experience, his path has led him from custom titanium bicycles to aerospace work with Boeing and NASA, before advancing to lead one of Texas’s top fabrication shops, delivering builds for Gordon Ramsay, Kevin Hart, Karbach Brewery, and more.
Driven by a passion for precision and integrity, James launched Notion Fabrication, a full-service shop specializing in engineered solutions for government, industrial, and experiential clients. From aerospace components to brand activations for Toyota North America and Templeton Whiskey, Notion delivers fabrication excellence built on creativity, transparency, and craftsmanship.
